Membership

Ordinary Members whakapapa (have genealogical ties) to Ngāti Raukawa, Ngāti Toa and/or Te Ati Awa iwi.

Ordinary Members are entitled to free entry for themselves, and one guest, at all Ōtaki-Māori Racing Club (OMRC) and Levin Racing Club (LRC) race days throughout the racing season.

Ordinary Members are eligible to hold any office in the club and have voting rights at Annual General Meetings or Special General Meetings.

Ordinary Members have free entry, plus one guest, to our annual Member’s Brunch (date TBC each year).

Associate Members do not whakapapa (have genealogical ties) to any iwi in particular.

Associate Members are entitled to free entry for themselves, and one guest, at all Ōtaki-Māori Racing Club (OMRC) and Levin Racing Club (LRC) race days throughout the racing season.

Associate Members are not eligible to hold any office in the club nor do they have voting rights at Annual General Meetings or Special General Meetings, but they may attend either.

Associate Members have free entry, plus one guest, to our annual Member’s Brunch (date TBC each year).

Māori Members whakapapa (have genealogical ties) to iwi other than Ngāti Raukawa, Ngāti Toa and/or Te Ati Awa iwi.

Māori Members are entitled to free entry for themselves, and one guest, at all Ōtaki-Māori Racing Club (OMRC) throughout the racing season.

Māori Members are not eligible to hold any office in the club and do not have voting rights at Annual General Meetings or Special General Meetings.
